A position is available for a Quality Control Supervisor in the Choice Distribution Center. This person
oversees the team responsible for checking pick accuracy before it leaves the distribution center. They
ensure standards are met, errors are minimized, and processes run smoothly.
Choice Clothing is growing, and with our expansion comes an opportunity to join our leadership team. Choice Clothing in Kuruman, is seeking a Store Manager to oversee this branch.

oversees the team responsible for checking pick accuracy before it leaves the distribution center. They
ensure standards are met, errors are minimized, and processes run smoothly.
Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Matric (Grade 12)
• Leadership skills to motivate and guide a team.
• Logistics knowledge including warehouse systems and dispatch workflows.
• Attention to detail for spotting errors in stock or documentation.
• Communication to coordinate between assessors, clerks, and management.
• Problem-solving to quickly address issues before stock leaves the DC.
Manage the store and staff compliment
Ensure that turnover figures are met as well as managing stock losses
Effective management of store budget
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Planning and organizing of store and stock requirements
Ensuring high levels of customer service in-store as well as conduct such training.
Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
