Choice Clothing is growing, and with our expansion comes an opportunity to join our leadership team. Choice Clothing in Alberton, is seeking a Store Manager to oversee this branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support store managers across your area.
Drive sales growth and achieve performance targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.
Monitor KPIs, budgets, and profitability.
Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
Provide regular performance reports to senior management.

Ensure that turnover figures are met as well as managing stock losses
Effective management of store budget
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Planning and organizing of store and stock requirements
Ensuring high levels of customer service in-store as well as conduct such training.
Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum Grade 12, Retail Management, or related field (advantageous).
Proven experience in multi-site retail management or fashion retail operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions.
Passion for fashion and customer service excellence.
