The successful candidate will need to have a proven track record of at least 3 years retail

management experience as well as the following:

Key performance areas:

Manage the store and staff compliment
Ensure that turnover figures are met as well as managing stock losses
Effective management of store budget
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with company policies and
procedures
Planning and organizing of store and stock requirements
Ensuring high levels of customer service in-store as well as conduct such training.
Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
